COMMUNITY MUSIC SCHOOL

Individual music lessons are currently offered online and in-person at the Community Music School preparing students to express themselves musically and acquire the skills necessary to successfully participate in ensembles, perform in public, and enjoy a lifelong love of music.
The Community Music School offers private music lessons for all ages, levels, and abilities. Students meet for one-on-one weekly sessions with CMS instructors. Music lessons are available on all instruments of the band and orchestra, piano, guitar, harp, and voice. When in-person lessons resume, they are offered at three St. Louis locations, including an after school partnership program with the St. Louis Public School District.

St. Louis Public School Partnership Program
The St. Louis Public School District and the Community Music School of Webster University have partnered to offer individual lessons after school for voice and band instruments. This program is designed to support and supplement the existing music programs in the school. Students participating in the program receive weekly lessons throughout the school year and perform on an end of the year recital.
The St. Louis Public School District Partnership program is currently offered at McKinley
Classical Leadership Academy. It is our hope that with additional funding the CMS
can expand the program to additional students and schools. For more information please
call (314) 968-5939.
