Meet The Staff

John HolsteJohn Holste 
Assistant Director, Career Development
Liaison to: College of Arts & Sciences, Leigh Gerdine College of Fine Arts, School of Communications

John is an alumnus of Webster University where he earned a BA in Psychology and a minor in Media Communications. He attended the University of Missouri-St. Louis where he earned an M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, focusing on career and school counseling. Previously, John worked at a nonprofit organization providing support services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Kerry LeeKerry Lee
Assistant Director, Career Development
Liaison to: George Herbert Walker School of Business & Technology, School of Education

Before joining the CPDC team, Kerry worked as a Career Consultant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She completed her M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Career Psychology from the University of Missouri and a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from Truman State University. She enjoys traveling and has visited all 50 U.S. states.

John LinkJohn Link
Liaison to: Employer Services 

John Link oversees all phases of planning and implementation of career programming and services at the CPDC. A career shifter, John spent the beginning years of his career in K-12 education as a fourth grade teacher and later as an elementary school administrator. John earned an M.S. in Student Affairs and Higher Education and B.S. in Elementary Education, both from Indiana State University.

Julie McHughJulie McHugh
Program Coordinator  

Julie has over 30 years of experience as an administrative professional in educational, non-profit, and financial services settings. Julie joined Webster University in 2001 as Department Secretary in Alumni Programs and moved to the CPDC in 2005 where she manages logistics for operations and events. In her free time, Julie enjoys spending time with family, traveling, hiking, and reading.

Rebecca is a Certified Career Counselor dedicated to implementing high quality career development services, resources, and programs for Webster students. She earned an M.Ed. in Counseling with a specialization in Career Counseling from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and a B.S. in Psychology from Missouri State University. Rebecca enjoys music and being a St. Louis sports fan.
