The Green Fuse
The Green Fuse is Webster University's student literary magazine, in yearly publication since 1986. Each year, student editors select the best poetry, fiction, drama, nonfiction, and translations submitted by Webster University students in St. Louis and around the world. The Webster MercuryThe English Department has published a volume of exceptional work written for our courses since 1975, first as The Right Reader, and then since 1983 as The Webster Mercury. Two types of writing are included: essays representing high achievement in coursework as selected by faculty members, and senior projects written by graduating students who have earned departmental honors. The senior projects are written on a topic related to that student's area of concentration (Literature, Society, and Politics; Creative Writing; or Drama).
